Supervised 'Chikyu no Arukikata'! Introducing the 'World Curry Encyclopedia Retort Curry Series,' bringing you curries from around the world you haven't yet known!
The first release includes three varieties: the UK's "Chicken Tikka Masala," Thailand's "Gaen Hanley," and Ethiopia's "Dro Wat."
Gaen Hanley (local dish from northern Thailand)
Thailand is known not only for Thai cuisine but also for its signature ethnic cuisine, known for its "green curry." While it is widely loved in Japan, this time we intentionally made a retort pouch without coconut milk for Thai curry.
Retort curry requires no cooking and can be stored for a long time, making it suitable as emergency food during disasters. Since you can eat them just by heating, you can store them and use them in daily life, and it's also convenient for the 'rolling stock method,' where you consume older items sequentially and replenish new ones.
