[Product Birth Story|The Origin of Life-Saving Lights]
The Million Mile Light was developed by British inventor Tom Lawton. He is a father of two, an artist, an environmentalist, and a passionate runner.
One day, when a friend was hit by a car on the street at night and lost his life, Tom began to think that there must be a way to save more lives. Based on his own experience and beliefs, he developed a safety light that does not require batteries or recharging, and is ready to use.
In 2015, he founded Positively Human, a British company with a philosophy of "making things that can be used for a long time, not disposable." This light, which pursues both consideration for the natural environment and the safety and security of people, is now supported by many runners, walking enthusiasts, and pet owners.
