The cut on the right side can be used as a bookmark. By adjusting the fold-back length, you can accommodate various book thicknesses. I tried it out for a thick 1088-page paperback edition. It feels like it's just barely usable. It can be used even thicker than this, but it might be difficult to use. Regarding the vertical length, a typical 148mm paperback book can be comfortably fitted. To let you feel the pleasant texture of cowhide, we intentionally use softer leather with individual differences. The way the grain is inserted varies depending on the part used.
