A Taste of Lebanese Home
In Middle Eastern homes, hummus is a traditional home-cooked dish that is always on the table at every meal occasion and is eaten on a daily basis. Locally, it is often eaten with vegetable sticks or pita bread, but it is basically a versatile dip that goes well with anything. At DIPPY DIPP, we would like to first prepare three types, original, basil, and spicy, and introduce them to Japan.
