Jam that everyone knows. I became addicted to jam making when I gave my own jam to my family and friends and made them happy. What is it used for other than bread and yogurt? I am often asked, and I opened a shop with a café in order to introduce a new way of using it in cooking.
When I happened to visit Senao Tourist Farm in Niki Town, Hokkaido, looking for materials, I heard that there were many things that were thrown away because they were slightly damaged, and the connection began when I asked them to let me use them for jam for processing. After that, we receive so-called honeycommodities from various farms and process them, and try to deliver them to customers on a line that understands traceability from production to manufacturing.

We don't want to use anything superfluous, so we make it with only fruits and vegetables, beet sugar, and domestic lemon juice. The moisture is skipped and a thick jam is made. The most popular dish is strawberry jam. It is purchased from Nonaka Farm in Asahikawa and sometimes contains extra-large strawberries. From Senao Tourist Farm, Senryo pear jam. A rare jam that is made from a traditional variety of pear pear in shape and Japanese pear in texture. And recommended prune jam. The owner recommends jams that are made with the shape and have just the right balance of sweetness and acidity.
Jam is sold in a wide range of ways, from cheap to expensive. Our shop is not a cheap jam, but it is a special jam with a concentrated taste. Everyone knows this jam, so we would like you to use it widely such as eating it the next morning or giving it as a souvenir
