As a first step, we wanted to create a product that can be easily and deliciously eaten using meat, so we created retort processed foods.

As the first product, we made "Sujiniku Udon no Moto", which is a specialty of Ogura in Kitakyushu, and you can easily eat it at home.
This product is a retort food exclusively for meat udon. The meat is made only from Kyushu Japanese black beef, and it is a gem that is simmered sweet and spicy until it becomes mushy.
It is a popular product that makes it easy to eat soul food from Kitakyushu.
It was featured on a TV program and became a hot topic. In the project in the program, we are so confident in the taste that the udon noodles made with the base of the streaked meat udon came in first place.
In addition to udon, it is also delicious over rice, and of course it is excellent as it is.
