Representative Morishita has been engaged in the development and manufacturing of the cosmetics and health food industry for many years.
In order to maintain the stability of cost and quality at the site,
There are situations where we have no choice but to make a lot of raw materials and containers.
For example, a product that was designed with 5,300 bottles due to defective containers or work loss
In fact, it is possible that only 4,800 bottles can be delivered.
In anticipation of these losses, we set the number of deliveries.
Bulk (the contents of cosmetics before filling them in small portions into containers, etc.) etc.
I prepare a lot, but as a result, I end up with a surplus.
In other words, it is also a "necessary surplus" that is inevitably born.
For about 20 years, I have seen these surplus resources disposed of.
Don't just say "it can't be helped" and address the "hard-to-see issues" that are occurring within the industry.
I wanted to let general customers and people outside the industry know about it.
As SDGs initiatives progress worldwide, surplus raw materials and containers
I had a strong feeling that I could make good use of it.
We are an OEM company that deals in cosmetics and health foods.
We manufacture with various companies,
Because we have handled a wide variety of raw materials and containers,
Purchasing the "necessary surplus" at a fair price and creating new products
Isn't it possible to take on the challenge of creating something new that is reborn?
With this in mind, in January 2023, we launched "BrandX" as a cosmetics upcycling project to deliver new value.
