In order to create a truly sustainable business, we believe that it is important for all supply chains involved in JOE'S TEA to hire regular employees, operate efficiently and profitably, and always provide the highest level of products and services.
That's why JOE'S TEA has its own factory, from a small organic tea farm in Sri Lanka.
We focus on building long-term relationships, all the way down to our team at our London headquarters.
In addition, JOE'S TEA's tea leaves are purchased only from contract farmers in Sri Lanka directly and fairly, not at auctions.
If farmers are happy, the quality of the tea leaves will be good, and if the price is lowered, not only the quality but also their productivity and motivation will decrease. This is an important initiative to protect our tea and to protect our farms.
In order to maintain the best flavor and make the most of the antioxidant effect of tea leaves,
JOE'S TEA'S farms practice farming methods that avoid the use of chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides.
Because of that knowledge, they are able to deal with problems such as soil, climate change, pests and weeds throughout the year.
While confronting it, we can abundantly and stably produce high-quality tea leaves without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We are able to harvest it.
For JOE'S TEA, supporting the farm is the most important thing, and from the beginning of the brand's establishment,
And we will continue to do so. JOE'S TEA uses tea leaves and other raw materials as much as possible.
We source from Sri Lanka and support the farms that are indispensable to this business.
