Changing society through upcycling.
Where I ended up in search of cheapness and labor, the reality of the manufacturing site I saw in Bangladesh, and the global environment that began to erode
I believed that "cheap, fast, and plentiful" is a win-win relationship that creates employment at manufacturing sites and brings affluence to consumers, and I have no doubt that it is the act that leads to the most social contribution.
The collapse of that belief sparked a strong desire for a strong change in the responsibility of production and consumption.
By seeking cheapness, we will "make someone far away suffer and burden someone in the future" This is already a story of the past, and it is no longer a reality that "someone near us will also suffer and burden us living in the present."
We aim to rediscover value by finding new value in things that have no original value such as upcycling, and to break away from "cheapness, speed, and abundance".
Through the philosophy of upcycling, we believe that changing the way we make consumption choices will also lead to our responsibility to create.
This is a step that will lead to social contribution and an important step in building a sustainable future.
Through the rediscovery of value and a heightened sense of responsibility in manufacturing and consumption, we aim to transform into a new society.
