Who are supporting us?
POOPOOPAPER was born in 2005 in Chiang Mai, Thailand by a married couple, Tun and Michael Flancman.
With experience in local papermaking, they wanted to make environmentally friendly paper that does not use wood, and after repeated trial and error, they arrived at POOPOOPAPER, which uses animal feces.
POOPOOPAPER is not only environmentally friendly, but also provides employment opportunities for ethnic minorities who have migrated from Burma to Thailand.
We continue our grassroots work by arranging work permits and sponsorships, and obtaining ID cards that are needed to undertake allowances and services provided by local governments.
• Environmental Responsibility –
Tun and Michael want to help solve environmental and social problems by fulfilling their social and environmental responsibilities
• Pursuit of Sustainability and Creativity –
They are full of creativity and passion, and they want to use their creativity to contribute to a society where everyone is equal and sustainable solutions
• Contribution to the local community –
We want to make use of the talents of artisans in Thailand, Tun's home country, and create the jobs they deserve
Commitment to the product

It is common to use wood for papermaking, but POOPOOPAPER is environmentally friendly because it does not use wood. Of course, it is odorless!
