My name is Takaya Mizutani, and I am the third generation of Shigureya Mizuho Sangyo Co., Ltd., which has been in business for 50 years.
Since I joined this company 21 years ago, I have learned food know-how, and about 10 years ago, I began to feel uncomfortable that there were many products such as foreign products, pesticides, and additives on the label, and that our company also applied to them.
We are a manufacturer that manufactures foods that go into people's mouths, so we will make products that you can eat with peace of mind, so thank you.
Since our founding, we have been doing it by hand as it has not changed, so we cannot mass-produce it, but we make products one by one with love. We would like to reduce pesticides and additives as much as possible and use domestic ingredients.

Zuibao eel stew
It is a stewed eel of Mizuho supervised by Mr. Yohachi of Eel in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture.
The eel is cooked in a special tamari of Mizuho's secret to give it an insanely rich taste.
If you put an appropriate amount on rice, put wasabi and chopped green onions on it, and pour tea over it, you can enjoy it in the style of a hitsumabushi.
We sell about 30,000 units a year.
