・ Contains apple cider vinegar made by pasting whole Shinshu apples grown at Shirai Farm in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and then fermenting them with rice malt and groundwater, and apple black vinegar, which is made by soaking apples in rice black vinegar and secondarily aging them.
・ The sweetness also contains oligosaccharides and brown sugar in consideration of the body. No white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. are used.
