Born in 1993 in Tokyo. She is a member of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) Agricultural Women's Project.
After dropping out of university in his second year, he trained at an edible rose farm in Osaka. In 2015, he became independent and established ROSE LABO Co., Ltd. with the philosophy of "making people around the world beautiful, healthy, and happy through 'edible roses'". As a farmer in the "sixth industry" that cultivates "edible roses" and develops and sells products such as processed foods and cosmetics containing roses, he also gives lectures and seminars. In 2019, he won the Grand Prize at the Mynavi Agriculture Awards, and in 2020, he received the Encouragement Award at the Eiichi Shibusawa Business Awards.

So, when I tried freezing it, I noticed that the quality of the roses was surprisingly stable. After that, we not only sold "edible roses" packed in packs, but also processed roses to develop and sell jams and other products. This is the impetus for starting the "sixth industry" business.
I have been interested in beauty since I was a student, but I have been suffering from skin problems since I was a child due to my atopy family, and although I have tried many cosmetics so far, my skin has sometimes tingled and my face has become bright red and swollen.
"I want to make cosmetics that can be used safely even by people with sensitive skin like me," and this led to the development of hypoallergenic cosmetics using "edible roses."
After about two years of research, we succeeded in developing a new variety "24 (Twentyfour)" that contains more than 10 times more vitamin A (*1) and more than 2 times (*1) vitamin C than ordinary roses. Rose water and rose extract extracted from "24" are highly blended to create a natural cosmetic that can be used by people with sensitive skin.

In 2015, ROSE LABO began cultivating "edible roses (edible flowers)" in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, using hydroponic cultivation that does not use soil, without using pesticides.
We grow only edible roses on a farm of about 1,000 tsubo.
We carry out thorough quality control by operating everything from cultivation facilities, production, and shipping processes to product planning and sales in-house.
ROSE LABO's "edible roses" have been tested by a third-party organization for all 307 pesticide residue tests.
In addition, in the ingredient test, plenty of vitamins, polyphenols, quercetin, and dietary fiber were detected.

In a greenhouse of about 1,000 tsubo in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, three varieties of edible roses are grown.

(2) Roses bloom during the warm season of May ~ October. It blooms when it reaches an integrated temperature of about 1,000°C.
